He was also accused of plagiarising more than 15 pages of a German work in 1991. And he also lifted works from another without a due reference.
Contrast this with a justice of the Supreme Court who lifted without attribution some parts of some other's works into a decision about a case involving comfort women in WW II. This only goes to show that Ethics is forgotten and ignored in the Supreme Court, the highest court of the land!
